1959 Gibson EB-2 Bass, price?
I purchased this great piece of an old neighbor of mine, who was the original owner. I used to play as seemed to be a big band or a dance band. I also had the amp he used, which is an original ampeg Portaflex. Anyway, I saw a similar guitar for sale on eBay for almost $ 7000 and wanted some of his views on the price. It has the Original Case and is in Excellent Condition. I had a slight bit of fret work done on it and created by a luthier, a legendary pair of cities. Hola Que Low was introduced in 1958 and, indeed, was a music shop at the time. LOL I would have bought for $ 300 then. If in Good Condition, the price is between 6500 to 7500.00, but depending on demand, can go a little higher or lower. The low was re-introduced in 1964.
