What kind of strings used to play bass?
I'm doing a lot of big bands / jazz / a-billy rock type music on my foot and I am using flat steel cords wound. If these chains the right to use, or should be using fiber ropes yellow, and are the guts of nylon or cat I do not know what to call. I'm using my fingers, almost never a goal. Steel or nylon, that work the best? What type of Ernie Ball strings, steel or nylon? I'm looking for the type of chain is best to start against bending. Steel or nylon, or something else?
Gut cat sounds better, especially when the plucking.
