How do you remove a light switch cover - which has no external screws?
For replacing some (home), light switches and do not have the typical "screw - on / off cover plates for access to the actual switch itself ... I thought the dish that is there now just "pop" outside - but seems likely to be "closed" as when I try to spy off - I was about to break and does not move a bit. Any advice ... thanks edit --- Thanks by the initial response .. all switches have simple rectangle referred to flush with the wall, not "cover" or anything covering the screws - smooth as can be be starting to think it was only "silicone (d)" on ... check better tonight
Look for slots at the sides or ends. If There are some, insert a flat blade screwdriver and lever or money. Otherwise, select the drive less visible and pull hard. If it breaks, at least not so visible. And, from parts and inner vision, then you will be able to decipher the correct way to dismount.
