Guitarists, help finding strings of Your Guitar?

I am looking for a 6-String Set of 10's (10 - 13 - 17-26 - 36 - 46). I want a little wider for them, though, but do not think my Fender Starcaster could take just over 48 in the low E (and I do not want to find out). http://www.guitarcenter.com/D-Addario-ECG23-Chrome- -Light-Environmental-Electric-Guitar-Strings-100185028-i1322832.gc http://www.guitarcenter.com/D-Addario-EXL110--XL-010-Regular---Light-Electric-Guitar-Strings- Extra Set-100362638-These i1122160.gc 2 examples I found, despite not having a layer of color (who happen to be partial). The three Bass Strings in this are the same but the three lighter strings make a difference? I can not really buy both and try them as they own only one guitar. Thanks for any help and assistance.

The brand D'Addario is good, one of the best. However, one of the sets: http://www.guitarcenter.com/D-Addario-ECG23-Chrome-Extra-Light-Environmental-Electric-Guitar-Strings-100185028-i1322832.gc wound is flat. These types of strings that are used primarily by jazz musicians and some rockabilly in a traditional style. Most players use regular joint circular wound. The 105-48 is one, balanced good set of strings. If it fits your needs is something else all together. One thing you might consider (if it is a perfect game) You can write Your Own game. Most well-stocked shops you can buy strings at a time. In effect, you can take strings of one and up and down in the width you want. You will need to use the same brand for all strings, of course. The only side effect is that you will pay more with this solution of a standard set of strings. If you can not find in a store chains that have one here (and elsewhere online): I http://www.juststrings.com/guitarsinglestrings.html afraid that it will do some tests before finding the best solution for your playing style and need. Several guitars respond differently as well. Slightly lighter or heavier than the chains do not make any difference to your guitar. You may need to adjust the intonation and Truss Rod neck lightly. That is all common and no big deal.
