Blink 182 has always had a great sound of the guitar from Tom Delonge signature. His tastes in a guitar sound are quite simple and do not require much manipulation to achieve whatever.

Finding a good sound you can actually make the difference between how well you can control Your Own instrument. 7 Follow these tips to get a distorted guitar sound like Blink 182 Tom Delonge.

1. Play a Fender or similar means dominant tone of the guitar.

Tom Delonge is known for playing Fender guitars in their careers. Lots are cheap, easy to learn, and provide mid-tone. If you do not want a fender, the tone dominant mid other guitars can provide a similar sound punk rock.

2. Stay away from high distortion amplifiers.

Marshall amplifiers are masters of distortion for years and almost everyone uses them. However, they provide too little distortion something that Blink 182 is used. Use a medium level of distortion or as country-style Fender Amplifier or Mesa Boogie.

3. Do not use metal-zone or other types of distortion pedals.

Once again, the distortion too much can ruin a good Guitar Tone. Metal and pedals in the area offer plenty white noise and are not suitable for clean tones that Tom Delonge is created in the song of each of Blink 182.

4. Keep Your Guitar effects to a minimum.

Blink 182 does not use a lot of effects on their guitars, yet. If you want to play by the book, to reject its reverberations and put out of its backwardness. All you need is simple tone of a guitar and an amplifier.

5. No "Scoop levels" in the amplifier.

"Incorporated levels" of your amp means you're pushing the extreme highs and lows while pulling the half way down. This is not a good thing to do. With experience, you begin to realize how important it is to keep things relatively close.

6. Use an adequate amount midrange amp.

Tone Tom Delonge's guitar is based midrange. Your amp does not have much High End and the guitar is not a metal ax any guy. Using the mid-range command to increase the tone in a more punk feel.

7. Use a high compression pedal.

Have you noticed how much impressive attack Delonge gets on his strumming when Blink 182 live games? This is probably due to a compression pedal. A compression Nice Pedal Power can really drive your guitar a couple notches.

Finding a good rounded guitar tone is hard to do. Blink 182 has a balance between a Very Good clean sound and distorted enough to give advantage to their songs. Try these tips and be sure to use your own personal touch into the mix.
