Description of the problem. The Dell PA-9 (3 pin) AC adapter is pushed to the base of laptop so it feels loose.I not know if it's a poor design or people not careful enough with their laptops, but the adapter acer AC is broken in these models very often.The power jack and the mounting brackets on the base assembly is broken. Even if you replace the party making a new one, will not stay attached to the base. If you send a laptop with a damage and a repair shop, we recommend replacing the power connector and harness the Notebook Stand. This fix easily cost more than $ 200, but I have a better idea of how to fix it for $ 3, without replacing the entire base.
WHAT CAN YOU do to fix the power outlet?
1. If the set of the base is fine, but has broken DC-IN, you will have to replace the DC-IN exploit energy.
