What is the best brand / model of electric shaver?
I'm going to buy my boyfriend a new electric razor for it's birthday or Christmas or our anniversary. It has semi oily skin, and sets the shadow to 5, nearly 4 hours after shaving, rather badly, about 1 / 4 inch stubble. I'm pretty sure is not alone in that way, I was wondering what would be the best model for him.
Braun Pulsonic System 9585CC is the best, but is ~ $ 220 USD. If you are looking for the best bang for the buck .. Braun 1775 FreeControl which is ~ $ 40 USD .. is a range lower than the Pulsonic, but not that much less in quality.
