What about my Les Paul worth 20-30 years from now?
I am planning to buy a Gibson Les Paul Traditional, because I love and I know good investment. But I wonder how much would be worth 20-30 years from now? (they are about $ 2300 for a new one) Any suggestions in this regard?
Depends .... how much they appreciate in value each year? If you use the current price as the present value, assuming the guitar is 10% in value every year after 20 years would be worth about $ 15,000. $ 40,000 in 30 years at the same rate, all things being equal. If you think Your Guitar up only value around 5% per year, which searches the values of $ 6,000 in 20 years and about $ 10,000 in 30.
