Mercy how to kill a fish?

Now, my fish Mollie has been with me a couple of months and recently hired some kind of fungus is having on his head, seems a giant lot of scar tissue, but is not - it started spreading to my little fish (and other frogs and such) in my tank of 55 G and I took a smaller tank, treated both tanks and while my big tank is "cured" still sick and not responding to treatment. I took her to PetSmart and Aquarium Jack and I do not know what to do now. I tried the expensive treatment, natural treatment, the generic treatment ... help! So, how mercy to kill a fish? im not throwing down the rough while she is alive.

Before you kill, I would have to ask How confident are you that the problem is a fungus and what you've been using to treat Molly. It is a bacterial condition (Columnaris) and a protozoan (Epistylis) that appear like mushrooms, but do not respond to fungal medications. The Epistylis must answer for the use of salt in 1 tablespoon / 5 gallons (or use 1 teaspoon per gallon for a small tank / bad the infection - the molly will not harm at all, like to have a bit of salt in water and can live in marine seawater strength). If she does not respond to the problem is probably bacteria, which can be treated by a broad spectrum antibiotic.
