What does it mean to run an electric guitar amp through the stereo?
I play through a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and have a Pedal Board configuration. I run my fixed-time effects (delay, tremolo) through the preamplifier and the multiplier through the front. What does it mean to run through a stereo amplifier? Does it change the tone of the guitar / amp?
You can only run one in "in" stereo (not through) if the amplifier is designed to do. That means two power amplifiers and at least 2 speakers. Your amplifier Fender is not stereo, so you can not run a stereo setup with it alone. Now if you had a second amplifier that could have a music platform. The only additional component we need is some kind of delay, chorus, or other based on the time you have a mono-input/stereo-out agreement. The advantages of playing a Stereo Guitar rig are: - Sound travels more - with the appropriate effect (s), can mimic 2 guitars playing together - gives the option of panning effects Disadvantages: - The sound is more spread out (this is not always a good thing, especially in the very loud music) - More teams to carry around - Increased complexity in installing equipment guitar there are a stereo box solutions. Most digital modeling amplifiers (once you get past the toys) stereo bid. Line 6 Vetta II I is stereo. In small stages, I will run it in stereo 2x12 cabinet. On big stages, will perform two separate 2x12 or 4x12 cabinets and put them on each side of the stage. With that setting, I can give the audience whiplash if I put a ping-pong in the delay!
