Four ways you could be losing sales

Myth 1: Great work speaks for itself

Myth 3: You need to find the customer pain
Sales instructors often advise finding a "customer pain" as the first step to sales success. We advise prospective clients ask questions like: What keeps you awake at night? What are your weaknesses? And if you had a magic wand, what problem would you make disappear? Not only these questions make the eyes of a customer of the Cross, also presents two fatal flaws.
