Guitar experts required: which guitar should I get?
I have an Epiphone SG G-310, but I need a better ax. I wonder if gold hardware for Gibson, Grover Tuners, and Seymore Duncan Alnico II Pro for my current guitar, or go to the g SG-400. I'm in a band and starting in January we plan to start playing in vivo. If it helps, I have a Line 6 Spider Iii 30 watt. I also have a black home Hondo. If you need a G-400, should get a harvest, a common G-400, or luxury?
I'd recommend upgrading the guitar in the series G 400. The GS 310 has a screw in the neck while the G 400 has a "Set Neck" which is much better and maintain the tone. As to which, the only difference between regular and deluxe model is the goal. The luxury is that the body of Sunburst Maple, while the others are. I was reading on Wikipedia, just now that luxury has "burstbuckers" burstbuckers About http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epiphone_G-400 Reading: http://www.gibson.com/en-us/Divisions/Gibson% 3B% 20Gear/Pickups/Burstbucker_trade / Does not sound too good for me .... I also think a lot of people screams bad experience and the feedback form these pills. I would say the regular G-400 is the best bet. It is possible that as the G-400 alpine white for a different look of normal red and black cherries that are usually seen. I have a Epiphone SG Double Neck and Sounds Great.
