How can I find and calculate the voltage drop across the capacitor in series circuit? Meaning, if c1 = 1mF, C2 and C3 = 2MF = 3mf Thanks in advance
capacitors in series is calculated in the same way as resistors in parallel (such as capacitors in parallel add the same way as resistors in series) 1/Ct = 1/C1 + 1/C2 + 1/C3 1/Ct = 1 / 1 + 1 / 2 + 1 / 3 = 0.545 mF = 545 uF
