How can I gain weight in the back and sides?
I have to gain weight in my upper reaches but also as my ribs .. and also on the back because you can see my column .. I've tried protein powder and almost ends up going to the face and thighs / hips .. and my arms are fine I suppose, but 2 major areas: Back and sides (including the upper sides of the ribs)
