What is the best Combo Amp for under $ 2000?
I've looked at several amps, such as ac30cc2 VOX, Fender Blues Deville and a Marshall 2266c modern vintage. Fender Blues Deville: I heard that this amp is too strong. AC30cc2 Vox: Vox amplifiers are made in China. I have heard that their quality has declined amplifier, and the "Alnico Blue speakers also are made in China and not in the UK. Marshall Vintage Modern 2266c: I have not heard anything bad about this amp ... yet. amp do you collect, or what is a different one you would recommend? PS play mainly blues and funk / rock @ yohanbundy-The Marshall is not a state solid, which is a Tube Amp @ jwenting Marshall amplifiers are all made in England
Vox are made mostly in China (in some models high category are built in the UK still believe), but are excellent. Maybe not as good as a mechanic back in the 1960s when the Beatles played through them, but still above the line. Marshall also made in China, and are much worse in every room (and more importantly, the sound created). defenses are made in Mexico (mostly lowEnd line can be done in China or Korea). I have no experience with the model you mention, but others who have tried I was not impressed. There is really no choice between the three, the Vox stands head and shoulders above them in quality and sound. As also "very strong", all the 30W Tube Amps will be too strong for use in practice. If you're planning to use at home or in a small room (like a pub) receives more small. A 5W tube amp will be sufficient so that, with power to spare.
